Healthcare and Nutrition

Improving Access to Healthcare

RDC works to improve access to quality healthcare services for vulnerable populations, including remote communities. This includes supporting the construction and equipping of clinics and hospitals, training healthcare professionals, and promoting preventative healthcare programs.

Promoting Maternal and Child Health

RDC prioritizes programs that improve maternal and child health. This includes providing prenatal care, supporting safe childbirth practices, and promoting breastfeeding and early childhood nutrition programs.

Combating Malnutrition

RDC tackles malnutrition by providing food assistance programs, promoting community gardens and sustainable agriculture practices, and educating communities about good nutrition. RDC also works to address the underlying causes of malnutrition, such as poverty and lack of access to clean water and sanitation.

Strengthening Health Systems

RDC invests in strengthening local health systems by providing training to healthcare workers, equipping clinics and hospitals, and supporting the development of national health policies.
